Ladd's Eco-Cottage

A new high-performance 508 s.f. ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) located in the historic Ladd's Addition neighborhood of SE Portland. The cottage is located in the backyard of a larger house, as allowed under the City of Portland's ADU code. This project was designed from the start with sustainability in mind, and has achieved Platinum certification from Earth Advantage .
